2025-26 SMHA AWARDS PROGRAM
As we approach the home stretch of the 2025-26 hockey season, it is time to start reflecting on all the great people that make Saskatoon Minor Hockey go so well. There are so many people that step each season to make each minor hockey season memorable and fun for our children. Let's go out of our way to recognize these fabulous people!
SMHA has a comprehensive awards program to recognize people in all aspects of the minor hockey season. We are looking for our teams to take some time to nominate the superstars involved with their teams. The main awards involve nominations to the zones and then each zone will name a zone winner who will then be put forth to SMHA as the zone nominee.

March 7th is the deadline for teams or individuals to nominate deserving people in our game to their home zone for the following 2025-26 awards (click on the award name below for more information)
Please submit your nominations to your Zone Commissioner (or to the Saskatoon AA Hockey Chairperson for AA) by March 7th.
WENDEL CLARK COMMUNITY ASSIST CUP (U9 and U11 teams)
For SMHA U9 and U11 teams, SMHA will accept nominations from teams for the Wendel Clark Community Assist Cup until March 15th. Please let us know what your team did this past season to give back to our community. The team that wins the award will win the Cup plus they will win a year-end team wind up meal at Wendel Clark's Classic Grill courtesy of the owners of Wendel Clark's Classic Grill.
